Datin Rosmah is a woman that has motherhood property who launched a Permata Insan Programme at USIM which is an extension of the Permata Pintar programme at UKM. As a mother of children in Malaysia, she wants successful nation in the eyes of the world and the hereafter.

This is a preliminary step for Malaysia to produce a generation of children of al-Quran and Islam. They would be of great Islamic Scientists who are able to develop a new methodology to interpret the Quran and Al-Sunnah.

Supporting the country's future generation of that Malaysian want not just memorize the Quran. But the more important they are able to view the scriptures as a source of great knowledge in many fields including science, biology, physics, mathematics and science for humanity.

This intention must be supported by all parties so that it can be implemented successfully and achieve the national goals to produce the Islamic scholars concord with the Permata Insan Programme at USIM.
